Not so crazy – Crazy Talk. 🤓 Følelser kan faktisk fungerer som veivisere. Et kompass som leder oss gjennom livets berg og dalbaner. Glede, sorg, sinne – hver følelse bærer med seg visdom og kan hjelpe oss forstå oss selv bedre og finne en indre flyt. Når vi lytter til og tillater alle følelsene som oppstår, åpner vi døren til dypere selvforståelse. Både av oss selv og verden rundt oss.
