Ash London Instagram - Exactly ten years ago…on Jan 28, 2012 ‘The Loop’ premiered on Aussie TV! Each week @stweedie and I got to live out our dream of hosting a music tv show (and the best part was doing it with @technicarla obviously who had the harrowing task of blow waving my hair every week). I had never been on a TV set, let alone hosted a TV show! I was shit scared and beyond excited.

In the ten years since I’ve had the kind of experiences and adventures that I never dreamed possible. This show really did change my life and put me on the most incredible life and career trajectory.

I am so so so grateful. DA LOOOOOOOP

Last week we spent the night at the MOST gorgeous little boutique hotel - @flash.jacks - and it was everything a dream hotel should be.

Ash London Instagram - ‘Cord blood banking…but make it chic!’

My cousin told me about @cellcareaustralia when I was pregnant as she’d used them for her bubbas and immediately I knew this was something I wanted to look into. It’s a way of storing Buddy’s cord blood and tissue in case he needs those precious stem cells later. Of course I’m hoping he never ever will!

You guys had some questions about it so I teamed up with the experts and have answered them in my stories. Modern medicine and science continues to blow me away…we are so so lucky!

This is us with our collection box ready to be wheeled in to meet Buddy. A courier came hours later to collect the ‘goods’ and we were sorted.

Minutes later we were at the off license getting cans of pre mix gin and tonic to smash on the bus to Shoreditch before getting in a fight with two girls while waiting in line to get into a club where we spent the night dancing with THE SWEETEST Indian fellas on a bucks night.

I thought I was gonna stay in London forever but I ran out of cash and couldn’t get a visa. So I came home. And met Adrian a month later.

Once again my @modibodi fam have come up with the goods to support me on my journey from woman to pregnant woman to mama. Introducing their active LEGGINGS! Perfect for yoga at home amongst the toys, late night walks and my eventual return to the gym (no more period-at-the-gym-induced-stress!!!!)
