A part of me wanted to escape into my family bubble and leave everything up to faith. That part of me believes in the power of consciousness, that whatever you give energy to will grow. So I tried to ignore the negative and focus on the positive. But at this point I can no longer turn a blind eye to the injustice that is happening right in front of us.

Other people have given me hope and strength with their courage to stand up for our rights. They touched my heart and inspired me to do the same. So although my hands are shaking while writing this, I feel it is time to choose courage over comfort and speak my truth:

I will not be forced to take the shot. I will not be forced to prove my health to participate in society. I will not accept exclusion of people based on their medical status.

Freedom of speech is a right worth fighting for but we can only solve this united in peace and love!

Pass on the torch of hope and love and speak your truth. ❤️

I shared my opinion because I hope to reach people to tell them they are not alone. I think they feel alone because its so freaking hard to not be liked for many of us. To hear one sided information in the media and feel like you’re doing the wrong thing while protecting yours and everyone’s right.

I don’t ridicule anyone’s opinion because I respect it and all I’m saying is please also respect mine. Unity in unconditional respect is what is so needed!
If this system is not welcoming me anymore because I choose to listen to my gut feeling and to listen to the other narrative and scientists that are being censored. What is the next step, being pushed out or taking the step myself? I want alternatives and I’m going to look for them. I’m done convincing anyone, this is not my place but at least now you know where I stand. I want to live my life in sovereignty but don’t know how and I’m sure many of you feel the same.

Mother Nature is deeply invested in breastfeeding & we are uniquely designed to feed our young. Breastmilk provides information, not just nutrition- it’s a complex form of communication that is dependent on the endocrine system, the emotional body, the brain and the physical body.

Besides the wonderful life long bond & deeply rooted connection you establish with your baby, breastfeeding also encourages the uterus to contract back to its normal size. Breastfeeding can burn up to 600 calories daily- so you need to eat & stay well hydrated to maximize production. From breastfeeding alone you may lose a pound of pregnancy weight every week. Breastfeeding is also linked to lower lower incidences of breast cancer later in life.
I’d like to honor the serious challenges that can make it difficult & nearly impossible for some women to manage breastfeeding. These are the result of policy gaps & a culture that doesn’t honor women, the sacred birth process, motherhood or women’s bodies. Some of the manifestations include stress and anxiety, challenges at home or work; extended separation of mother & baby at birth; having to go back to work shortly after birth, difficulty latching that results in pain for the mother and frustration for both mother and baby; & low milk production. These issues also exacerbated by existential stress, PPD, dehydration, & poor diet. Engorgement & improper latching are two of the most common hurdles to comfortable breastfeeding.
Many women give up breastfeeding after the first few weeks postpartum due to pain, discomfort & no paid maternity leave. Support and community is key. Having healthy models for breastfeeding and advocates can increase breastfeeding success. My friend Latham Tomas and her @mamaglow team will be sharing tips, tools, anecdotal stories & inspiration as we honor the incredible work our bodies do to feed our young.
I’m so grateful to have had people like her as an example in my life and we should al share our stories to #normalizebreastfeeding That shouldn’t even be a hashtag!! #worldbreastfeedingweek ♥️

Doutzen Kroes - 141.8K Likes - I’m taking responsibility for myself during this time. I feel there is so much more to discover and learn. I want to connect to the collective that feels the same. We’re moving towards unity consciousness and leaving an era were we believed we’re all separate. It’s noisy and painful as we realise nothing is what it seems. It has made me angry and sad at times not being able to convince the people I love but I know that the time has come to unite and play our role in creating the new. Everyone has a role to play we just need to figure out what it is for ourselves. I had to really slow down to the point I thought I had become so sensitive that I wasn’t doing anything at all but taking care of myself, our children and my garden. I’m still there. Being still, reflecting, facing my traumas and healing them has given my so many answers to getting to know myself. I’m trying to let go of everything I have come to believe about myself and the world and starting to learn again from scratch almost like a reset, my very own personal great reset:)
Here is what I want:

I feel a very strong connection with mother earth. She has so much to give and I want to go through life as a student of hers and share the knowledge. Remembering our true nature, origin and destiny. In connection with everything that lives. Connecting with the rhythms of nature. In connection with everyone who feels and knows this.
It is not just faith for me but knowing to trust my inner compass. Knowing exactly what is and isn't right for me. My truth is not your truth but we can learn from each other and above all respect one another. Each of us experiences a journey on his or her sacred path with each his or her lessons.
I want to learn the difference between duality and polarity. I want to embrace the shadow and light side of myself and Integrate this balance into my life. I want to thoroughly feel and live through everything and learn.

Lets share what we need and desire. Don’t fight this reality create a new one! The one you want! Together we can do this!! I love you all ❤️
