as i sit here and type this… i reflect on the whole journey. there have been moments that have occurred that make it so hard to believe im still here and present. im incredibly proud of so much – but most of my pride lies in stories untold or yet shared. i’ve always tried my best to keep it genuine and authentic with you all. honest communication. sometimes I struggle to be “here” because i deem myself as not that important to occupy space or captivate attention. i didn’t disclose much but the past few years have been incredibly tough, and for a while there, it was really life or death for me. i was broken to pieces. my mind went from my greatest asset to my most dangerous enemy. for more time than I feel comfortable admitting here in a caption, i didn’t value my own life enough to want to stick around. I say ALL of that to say this. Life is a gift. Special beyond belief. No matter how f*cked things may seem, pulse in your wrist and air in your lungs, you’re winning. I know how difficult it is to remind yourself of this amidst chaos, but it’s imperative to never forget. Last but not least, life is so many things between simple and complex. dream MASSIVELY, for everything imbued with love and passion is possible. however, remember that being alive, being HERE, is enough. you are enough just existing. i forget this quite often. thank you all so much for the birthday wishes. sending all the love I have to each and every one of you. 🫶🫶
