Welcome to Luminosity, a safe home for all of us to talk about our mental health and grow together while creating a better tomorrow. 🧠💕
What’s your favorite song from my album? Mine is probably ‘Give You Up.’
I’m back recording the Luminosity podcast for season 2. It’s really cool to be able to continue to share my mental health journey with you all, especially now that my album has released. You’ll find that many of the stories I tell on the podcast are the same stories I tell in the songs, and I hope they continue to inspire you in your own journey.
Fun day playing pickleball in support of @amen_clinics work in the mental health space. Thanks for the invite, and what exceptional work you all are doing. Side note, have you listened to ‘Real Me’ lately?

The man I’m standing next to is my late grandfather, who passed away last month. He was so proud of me and incredibly supportive of my career. He lived a tough life at times, especially as an amputee for most of his life, but he never let it stop him. I love and admire him so much for that. As I continue my lifelong battle with mental health, which I open up about in “Real Me” for the first time, I know he would still be so proud. We are both fighters Grandpa!! “Real Me” is for you!! I hope you love it from wherever you are ❤️ P.S. it comes out Friday at 12A ET.
The “me” you thought you knew is dead. Everything changes Friday at 12A ET. Are you ready??
My new album ‘Real Me’ comes out Friday at 12A ET. Will you be listening??
My new album ‘Real Me’ drops Friday at 12A ET. Are you excited??
This Christmas was bittersweet. I visited Chicago to say goodbye to my grandfather, who peacefully passed at an astounding 92 years of age. While I will miss him greatly, I will also cherish the memories we had together. I also got to spend time in a city that I love and am lucky to call home, with friends and family that I love so much. That was really special. I hope you all had a great holiday season. See you in 2024…
