Merlin Griffiths Instagram – Superb ride today. A nice 80k with @daveclow founder of @j.laverackbicycles and a chance to try out one of their frankly stupendous titanium road bikes. All part of preparation for my LeJog ride this September (1100mi in 9days) raising funds for @cr_uk & @su2cuk.
