While probiotic supps do have specific uses where they can work, too many “bio-hacking” folks are making promises that are not based on good science.

I’ve spoken before about gaslighting and how patients feel unheard by their docs. While there are some doctors that are truly bad apples, I strongly believe that the huge majority want to do right by their patients.
However, with our current system we are set up to fail. If we get mad that police officers have quotas for tickets/fines we should be FURIOUS that doctors have quotas for patients. Give us time to take care of our patient’s concerns and their needs!!!
