Rico Verhoeven Instagram – It’s so interesting what happens when you put yourself in cold water 🥶
Every % I can get to become a better version of me is worth it. Is it easy……NO it is not but the regret of not doing it weighs so heavy on me that there is no excuse.

I get a lot of compliments and admiration for my self-discipline but I believe everyone has it if they put the right reward across the challenge.
Example: eating healthy 6 days a week instead of 3 days, the reward over time is that you will lose weight, look better and feel better but this takes time. And yes this is a big change but what will happen if you an extra cookie ever day? In a month not much of a difference but in a year or 2 years a huge difference…..that is called the compound effect. A 1000 small steps are easier to take then 1 big one.
