Alice Waters Instagram – WE’RE IN BUSINESS TO SAVE OUR HOME PLANET is the purpose of @patagonia! That should be every business’s purpose! I know that’s why I’ve always felt such a kinship for Yvon Chouinard, who started Patagonia the same time I started Chez Panisse. Visiting their campus and meeting so many passionate people who work there was inspiring to me. Especially my dear friend @thepaullightfoot! He is the best interviewer! He’s also leading Patagonia’s important work making food that supports the regenerative organic farmers – a hopeful solution to climate change! Just imagine if all our schools also bought their food from regenerative organic farmers! It would transform our whole food system.
