Alisha Newton Instagram – my fav comfort meal right now 🤍☺️ Italian Penicillin – 4 carrots – 4 celery sticks – 1 yellow onion – 5 cloves garlic – 900mL bone broth – 2 tbsp butter – salt pepper – seasoning: (dried) thyme, rosemary, ginger, turmeric, cayenne – 1.5 cup stelline pasta – lots of parmesan – olive oil 1. Roughly chop carrots, celery, onion, and garlic and sauté in olive oil. 2. sprinkle seasonings into veggies and cook on medium heat for 10 min 3. Add bone broth and salt n pepper, simmer for 25 min 4. Add soup and butter to blender and blend until smooth 5. Pour soup back into the pot and bring to a boil 6. Mix in stelline pasta for a few minutes before removing from heat and letting it rest for 10 min 7. Add desired amount of parm and enjoy 🫶🏼 As always, adjust the seasonings and ingredients to your liking :) the parm isn’t 100% necessary if you avoid dairy but it does give it a mac n cheese vibe if you do add it!
