This story already happened last month, during Oscars week. That’s when model and actor Amber Valletta attended the Green Carpet Fashion Awards wearing a super sexy dress made of denim – the same denim that was used to fertilize the soil where we grow tomatoes at my family’s farm in Italy. The same tomatoes that we used to make a pasta sauce that we served to Amber and the rest of the guests at that awards dinner. To the leaders of these industries: the choice is now yours.
