Each year after New Year’s comes to dreading January 2, which is the anniversary of the passing of my beloved Pitbull Tyson. Today is a memorandum to one of my furry kiddos #Tyson a gentle gian #pitbull. Tragic start on January 2s 2016 when I had to say goodbye to my mate & furry son Tyson who had to cross the #rainbow bridge & meet God. He was a total teddy bear 🧸 very sweet, loyal, big furry baby. It was the first time I had to deal with the passing of my own dog and all the sudden Nalu his big sister became a granny and we both were weeping and dealing with this passing. #rip my sweet baby boy. Well here we are… #shouldersurgery went well. #thankyou for the #prayers. Totally different approach than anticipated being treated by the #tipofthespear in #surgery and #research at @scrippshealth #blessed to have gotten the absolute best medical team possible. The #roadtorecovery will be fun … *insert* sarcasm … I’m a tough cookie and will get through this other hurdle. Talk about a 💩 year overall on top of years of pain. I really #hope that #pain will be a thing of the past. At least on my shoulder. Next step, amazing food to regain strength, #heal and … LOT of #PT #physicaltherapy gonna be intense. Cheers to getting my life back one step at the time. …. What would YOU do? Here’s my monitor back in my trunk from #geeksquad technical support at @bestbuy … I had an appointment at 8:20pm last night as a business owner and told her to please keep an eye on it since they couldn’t help me so I can browse other options to purchase a replacement … How salty!! ??!! She definitely had a chip on her shoulder being so rude when I was dressed all professionally back from a listing appointment and she barely made eye contact and couldn’t care less more worried to head back home. I had a pleasant experience with floor sales guy and when I went to get my monitor back – keep in mind I was nearby east to see from the geek squad area to the monitor sales floor, yet it was left open to grab with that note … I packed the monitor in the trunk wanted to just go home, then turned back to show the note to her manager as the store closed. I couldn’t just let it go and that’s not ok to be treated as a punching bag. When you are nice, people treat you like 💩 ! The manager lady was shocked to say the least but only offered an apology. Not the right way to maintain a business relationship when I literraly get all my gears from Best Buy for the past 20 years! @lenovo United States @lenovous isn’t helpful either. They won’t honor the manufacture warranty despite the monitor being purchased only a few months ago. I spoke to someone in India that refused to help and told me to get back to #BestBuy 🤦🏼♀️ At this point I’m about to go to get a new one at @costco as #Costco rocks and their customer service has never ceased to be outstanding despite the years. https://www.facebook.com/Costco/ What happened to #loyalty and #service especially for volume business clients? 🤦🏼♀️
