Autumn Calabrese Instagram – What can I say, I love you BODi! ๐Ÿ’™

Another incredibly successful, Success Club trip!  Iโ€™m so grateful for every conversation, every story shared, every memory made.  I love you all for getting up early to sweat with me, for trusting me to take you on your health & wellness journey & to learn from you along the way.

There is so much more to come.  SO MANY of you took the time to let me know how excited you are for my hormone health program coming at the end of this year, I am beyond excited too.  It was last year on this exact trip that I was at my lowest low with my hormones.  I understand & have so much compassion for anyone dealing with hormonal imbalance.  Not feeling like yourself, not understanding why, not knowing how to fix it feels so helpless.  Itโ€™s why I dove in so deep to learning, to working with a TEAM of doctors, a pharmacologist, RDs & scientists to create the most comprehensive program that we could AND, (and this is a big AND) to actually make it something you can do without having to be a scientist yourself.  Without feeling like you canโ€™t enjoy life at all.  Itโ€™s coming yall! Stay tuned.  But for now get home safe & thank you for the memories!
