Carol Alt Instagram – Recipe, Friday’s Christmas comes a little bit early. 1. Chocolate chip Christmas cookies.(double batter.)
-2 cups almond flour
-1/2 a cup of honey or to taste
-4 teaspoons of vanilla.
-10 to 15 Medjool dates (depending on how moist the dates are)
-Blend.
-Add chocolate chips. -Slowly blend again.
-Wet your fingers (so batter doesn’t stick to them ) place them on the dehydrating tray and -dehydrate for 15 hours
2. Jelly Christmas cookies
-2 cups almond flour
-1/2 a cup of honey or to taste
-4 teaspoons of vanilla.
-10 to 15 Medjool dates (depending on how moist the dates are)
_Blend.
-Wet your fingers (so batter doesn’t stick to them ) -place them on the dehydrating tray
-put a thumb print in the middle of each cookie because that’s where you will put the jelly later on and -dehydrate for 8 hours
-Add a little scoop of jelly into the center and -dehydrate again for another 4 hours or until the jelly is firm
3. Chocolate-chocolate chip Christmas cookies,
-2 cups almond flour
-1/2 cup of honey or to taste
-4 teaspoons of vanilla.
-10 to 15 Medjool dates blended(depending on how moist the dates are)
Add one cup, Zint, Roy, chocolate or chocolate, to taste.
-Blend.
-Add chocolate chips. -Slowly blend again.
-Wet your fingers (so batter doesn’t stick to them
