Carol Alt Instagram – It’s Friday it’s time for another recipe!!
Mac Mac 
-1/2 cup almond flour, 
-1 cup coconut, 
-1 cup chopped macadamia nuts 
-1 tablespoon vanilla
-1 cup raw agave or raw honey
-1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil

-Mix it with your hands until it’s well mixed. 
-Roll it into balls. 
-Put it on your dehydrating tray and dehydrate for 12 hours.

Chocolate Mac Mac 
-Zint raw chocolate powder (chocolate to taste)
-blend the chocolate into the better with your hands,
-roll into  balls 
-stick them in your dehydrator for 12 hours.
