Carol Alt Instagram – Had a wonderful time at the premiere of Strictly Confidential, the Lionsgate film, starring Elizabeth Hurley, written and directed by her son, @damianhurley1 . It was the most unique script filled with twists and turns. Very visually beautiful really well crafted and directed. How did such a young man write such a deep, mature, interesting script? Anyway, Elizabeth is the most charming, sweet person. Made me feel very welcomed and I had a lovely evening… What did you do last night? #elizabethhurley
Carol Alt Instagram – Recipe Friday!! Sometimes I just stumble on these recipes because I am making something else and I have leftover dough. Sometimes I get recipes from girlfriends who are raw foodies. Sometimes I get a recipe because I like something that is cooked and I want to find a raw way to make it. This one is kind of a weird mix of all of the above! Lol. If you love coconut, you will love these coconut balls… coconut balls (with cinnamon) 2 cups of dates. 1 cup of pecans. 1/8 teaspoon of salt 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon. Blend or process slowly. Rolling to balls and dip into shredded coconut. Place in the refrigerator till firm. Because I had so much batter I added almond flour, and Stevia, sweetened chocolate chips to the batter until the batter stuck together and then I made cookies which I dehydrated for 10 hours or until firm
