Caroline D’Amore Instagram – My journey of being outspoken has lead me to speaking on school campuses all over the world. Teaching kids how to deal with bullies is something I never knew I’d be doing but here we are. Bullies come for you at all ages but this one was for 3rd 4th and 5th graders. It’s sad that it starts this young but learning to accept it and separate yourself from it knowing it won’t last forever. And learning that if you put all your energy into the love that comes your way rather than the hate so much good energy comes from it. Thats a promise. I’ve learned to deal with bullies by knowing deep down they are not doing well cause anyone who is really ok and happy would never need to tear someone down to feel better or powerful. If we don’t give them all our energy they eventually move on and if we busy ourselves with our one or two friends that are actually genuine we will be too busy for the negativity. It’s definitely a hard one but when all these beautiful kids, parents and teachers are asking for help I do what I can. I’ve definitely had to step up and defend those I’m seeing be bullied which is also super important if you can handle that part of it. Always speak up for others if you feel safe.These kids deserve to feel safe on campus but also have to learn how to deal with it cause unfortunately there are too many sad people who either don’t love themselves or need to feel powerful by putting others down. My own kid is having a hard time right now and it’s SO hard to witness. My thoughts and what has worked for me as we all know I deal with an enormous amount of negativity, is to only focus on the love. I put more energy into the people that make me feel good and I don’t have time for those who just want to hurt. The kind people I’m now building business with , having dinner and family day trips with and we are so busy with all the positive energy we don’t have time for the negativity. We all know that can be hard sometimes but the fact that I am speaking all over the world proves this very point when you show love, love grows. When you show hate hate grows.
