Shrimp Peeled and Deveined 1 tsp kosher salt ¼ tsp pepper 6 corn tortillas For the Slaw: 1 cup shredded red cabbage 1 cup shredded carrots ¼ cup red onions, julienned ½ lime juice Directions: For the Salsa Macha Verde: 1. In a heat proof bowl, combine peppers, Wonderful Pistachios Jalapeño Lime, garlic, and scallions until well mixed. 2. In a saucepan set over medium flame, heat vegetable oil until almost smoking and glossy. Immediately pour the oil over the Chile mixture carefully. Allow oil to cook chiles with heat. Mix to combine. Allow salsa to cool completely before seasoning. 3. Season salsa with kosher salt once cooled. For the Slaw: 4. In a bowl combine cabbage, carrots, and onions and toss to combine. Season with lime juice and salt to taste. For the Shrimp: 5. Season shrimp with salt and pepper to taste. Sear shrimp in a non-stick pan sertover medium low heat for 1-2 minutes on each side with 1-2 tbsp of oil . To plate: 6. Warm up corn tortilla and place on desired plating 7. Serve shrimp topped with slaw and to with salsa macha verde.

Over the last Four months I worked on Producing and Curating the @Mainly Mozart #CulinaryConcerto as Culinary Director. It was a long road of 16 hour days, planning, and more planning, meetings, and negotiations, and I wanted to share some of the behind the scenes of the madness it takes to curate so much of this. Thanks to my Partner in Crime @katiemcbridemuzquiz who made it all happen and @Alex Carballo my co-culinary director who killed it. This past weekend I got to visit @blbrasserie in Paso Robles with Family and Friends and had one of the best meals ever! Not to mention that we got to see where Julia Child once ate and left behind one of her bottles 🥺. What a dream! Thanks for the hospitality Chef and the Whole team at BL Brasserie! I now have my Paso Family and it includes @hopefamilywines! I had the privilege of spending my morning filming in Austin & Celeste Hope’s kitchen for @wonderfulpistachios and then headed over for a tasting of all of their incredible wines. Hands down my favorite Reds of the Region! I am so grateful for friends like @cgormley and @rduclos21 who have introduced me to some of the most incredible people in Paso. Like Stephanie @stepharmata6 our beautiful and gracious Host. That day I was star struck, and overwhelmed with Gratitude at the life I get to live and enjoy. Thank you Austin and Celeste for opening up your beautiful homes to me. I cannot wait to come back and for all the future foodie fun we will have!
Got a chance to visit @mcpricemyerswines this weekend and I got to try some of the best wines in Paso Robles including a 2013 vintage and a BLACK Cheese! It was complex and delicious! 🤤🤤🤤 thanks to McPrice himself for pouring some barrel tastes and to Liz for our amazing welcome to my first trip in Paso! Thanks @glamazonsaves
This last weekend I got to experience @theremedyca by @thecocktailwizard in Paso Robles California. I love visiting at least one speakeasy in every city I visit, and I was so impressed with The Remedy and everyone on their staff. Not to mention the complex and varied tableside cocktails. They have about 10 seats so seating is tight. Make a reservation ASAP before heading up to Paso! #10000000% worth it.
