Claudia Sandoval Instagram – Over the last Four months I worked on Producing and Curating the @Mainly Mozart #CulinaryConcerto as Culinary Director. It was a long road of 16 hour days, planning, and more planning, meetings, and negotiations, and I wanted to share some of the behind the scenes of the madness it takes to curate so much of this. Thanks to my Partner in Crime @katiemcbridemuzquiz who made it all happen and @Alex Carballo my co-culinary director who killed it. Thank you to @cgormley who helped me curate the Wineries from #PasoRobles and @claudiahortawine who helped me curate the wineries from Valle de Guadalupe. The planning for an event that is the first of its kind is INSANE. But it’s the crazy ones who think they can that actually do!
