When I look at the group of sharks I dive with all the time (and some of the other groups around The Bahamas), I immediately see individuals.
With the recognition of each individual comes also the understanding of each personality.
I have identified and explained sharks’ personalities for nearly 30 years; each one looks different and is unique in how they approach and interact around us.
As I always say, one size does not fit all. We cannot clump sharks into one generalized concept, and even more so, we cannot clump the same species of sharks into one either, as each one has a unique way of behaving.
