Daila Ojeda Instagram – Que importante es conocerte como escalador/a para progresar ~ Podemos entrenar el físico hasta reventar pero eso no va a hacer que te sientas mejor escalador/a. Cómo responder a los pensamientos que se te pasan por la cabeza cuando crees que no puedes mas, aceptar la incomodidad de decidir hacer un paso sabiendo que probablemente te vas a caer… todas esas situaciones y muchas otras se dan cuando escalamos y si no las practicas van a ser una barrera para progresar. No siempre es una cuestión de miedo, tal vez es solo una situacion nueva que nunca has practicado 😊
How important it is to know yourself as a climber to progress ~ We can train our physique until we burst but that is not going to make you feel like a better climber. How to respond to the thoughts that go through your head when you think you can’t take it anymore, how to accept the discomfort of making the decision to take a step knowing that you are probably going to fall… All of these situations and many others occur when we climb, and if you don’t practice them they will be a barrier to your progress. It’s not always a matter of fear, maybe it’s just a new situation that you’ve never practiced 😊
