I felt like a hypocrite. I am a health coach but looked for every reason to drink. 18 months ago, I was in your exact shoes…SOBER CURIOUS. I LOVED my cocktails.😅🍸 It all started post pandemic, I saw the rise in alcohol consumption within a lot of my clients and within myself. We DO care what we look like. This is part of being human.😅 I want to live to be 100 .😇 But I don’t only want to live to be 100 .
