We aren’t giving ourselves permission to look our best.🤦🏼♀️
We shouldn’t be made to feel bad when we want to not only improve our health, but look our personal best while doing so. 🤷♀️
Our skin is our largest organ.
👉Why? It’s our only outward-facing organ, it’s the only organ that we present to the world. Which is why our skin is the one organ tied closely to our self-esteem.😳
✨There are very few people on this planet that say, “ I don’t care what I look like”🥲…. and actually mean it. We DO care what we look like. This is part of being human.😅
I want to live to be 100 .😇
But I don’t only want to live to be 100 .
I want to continue to Feel, Function, and Look the best I can while doing so! 🥰
And guess what?
THAT IS OKAY!👏🏼
Everybody has their own path towards old age. It’s a personal decision.🙌🏼
✨However you want to age is up to YOU! YOU do YOU! But judging and criticizing others for how they choose to age is not okay. ✌🏼
