Ellie Kemper Instagram – Uh-oh….get ready for the emotional post!!!!!! Well I completed the @nycmarathon! And now for the gratitude. Thank you to EVERY SINGLE PERSON out on the streets cheering, yelling, high-fiving, and handing out bananas. Thank you in particular to the parents and caregivers who brought out their adorable sweetie pie babies whose little angel faces literally carried me through the journey. Thank you to all the volunteers and employees who handed out water and then had to sweep up the mountains of discarded cups afterwards. Thank you to everyone at @nyrr who pulled off this HERCULEAN TASK of organizing a marathon of 50K participants! Thank you @brosis512 for being an incredible partner and to everyone who contributed to my fundraising. Thank you to Trina and Anne for finding my son’s misplaced scooter. Yesterday was insane on every level and I am REJUVENATED by the strength and grit of NYC. Thank you to @newyorknico for capturing this moment of pure triumph! I ❤️ NYC
