Fearne Cotton Instagram – When were you a right twat? We’ve all been one. Even those people in your life who you believe are ‘perfect’ and always get it right; they’ve been twats too. @dawnrfrench book The Twat Files made me howl with laughter and think deeply. Why do we berate ourselves for getting it wrong? We are human and we all make mistakes, do silly things and get it wrong. If we can forgive ourselves we can more easily forgive others too. If we can find humour amongst the mess it will help ease the pain and stress of making mistakes. And if we feel ourselves slip in to shame we need to give ourselves a break and go gently.
