Fearne Cotton Instagram – George the tortoise teaching me to slow down. Im not good at reducing the pace. I rush, and cram too much into the day and often feel frazzled. After three weeks of the easter holidays (and still living on a building site) this is the first moment I’ve had on my own. Being in solitude is deeply important to me as my job is very social. Got a packed day today of Sounds of the 90s, a @happyplaceofficial podcast and some meetings about our @happyplaceofficial festivals this summer, so setting the pace early doors will help.
