The last year has been a whirlwind. From having baby Aham to learning how to balance parenthood and running a business. In this time my strongest support has been this amazing team who today created history yet again by winning two Michelin stars.

We have a number of team members who have been with us since the beginning and now our family is only getting bigger and bigger. Their dedication and commitment have been the cornerstone of our success. Together, we have created a family-like atmosphere.
