Odin wanted to go up on the stage and dance, but he was scared to do it in front of everyone. He always has such an urge to perform, but it’s crazy as a parent to watch them get older and start to feel insecure about other people judging them.
I can and I think most people at some point in their life can resonate with the feeling of longing for something but letting your insecurities or fears or doubts or what ifs stop you from fulfilling your desires. And I wish so much at a younger age I had someone pushing me to get out of my comfort zone.
Honestly, dancing in front of people is totally not in my zone of comfort 😂 but I want Odin to look back and grow up seeing that it is beautiful to be yourself regardless of what people around you may think or say. I want him to create life long lasting memories that are never dulled by other peoples opinions. I want him to embrace the crazy, dream chasing, go getter, weirdo voice in his head and heart that tells him “oh this would be fun!”
I don’t want him to ever look back and say “What if”
