I recently learned that we are constantly bombarded by energies, emotions, and experiences, whether it be our own or whether it be from others. But just because certain frequencies around us exist, it doesn’t mean we have to tune into them.
Where we direct our focus is where we direct our energy, and where we keep our focus is what we become. Recently, I’ve been evaluating what type of energy I give off and what I take in. It’s so much more difficult than I thought, but I know if I continue to keep focusing on what matters, I will no longer be at the mercy of the things that surround me, and I’ll have more autonomy with what I truly want to manifest.
So if you’re feeling consumed by something or someone, try stepping back, acknowledging its existence, then redirecting your focus on what you want. Keep your eye on the prize, and you’ll notice the difference. I hope this helps! 💜
