Holly Holm Instagram – I always have intentions of filming workouts to share with you all…. And then I start actually working out and forget. However, I did manage to film a quick run through of my sets after my workout. Let me know if you like seeing these clips and I’ll try to share more. 💪 I always start with a quick warm up. We do a couple minutes on any cardio machine I choose..then do an active stretch… and repeat this 3 times (picking whatever cardio you choose. You can use the same cardio machine each time if you want but I always alternate cause why not? ;) ) Next we alternated the hamstrings and single arm press (4 times through). Followed by squats and chin ups (4 times through). Finished with the kettle bell squat/ press and kettle bell swings. (Also 4 times through). And boom!
