Iza Calzado Instagram – It’s been a week since the launch of the I’m Worth It campaign by L’Oreal Paris – PH and I just want to express how deeply grateful I am to be part of this campaign. From the first time the team presented the board and its local take of wanting to combat phrases like “Sayang Ka.”to finding out that I will be with amazing women like Pia, Belle and Deng until we filmed the campaign and launched the video — it all still seems surreal. I actually did not realize the kind of impact it would have until I shared my first reel talking about my story and then we had the launch a few days after. Hearing, reading the collective stories people have shared made me realise just how important the message is. Being part of this campaign gives me an opportunity to inspire others through my story. To help another woman feel valued and worthy. Grateful to the L’Oreal team for choosing me to be part of this campaign. To Litlab for creating the powerful hero film. The production staff, crew, my village who helped me look and feel incredibly worthy during the shoot and for the launch — maraming salamat! Everyone who came together to bring this campaign to life did so with so much passion that it’s palpable when you watch the video and you see the posts. This is how great things happen — when passion and purpose align. May it ripple through the heart of every Filipina as we all say “I am worth it.”
