Jennifer Esposito Instagram – Society is set up to make you not feel good enough. To make people, especially women, feel less than, unattractive, old, too much, not enough etc etc. Makes you doubt yourself enough to buy whatever it is they’re selling so you adjust to the “norm” or even better -make you quit. My classes and workshops are so deeply important to me because they help you REMEMBER! Remember who you ARE. Not only as an artists but as a human. Yes we work on writing, acting etc etc. mostly we work on being human. You cannot act, write or even direct IF you are hiding. The amount of people that have told me my classes have brought them back to life is something I’m so deeply proud of and honestly brings tears to my eyes. It’s a gift I never had the pleasure of receiving on my journey through my career. A place where someone was telling me, YOU CAN- with ZERO ulterial motive or agenda! I figure it this way- if YOU are happier and free as an artist and human it can only HELP a very difficult society. We need MORE of that. Of the brave, free thinkers, artists, and people who SEE AND LIKE themselves – even through all the noise is telling you not too. My classes/workshops online and in person in NYC whenever I’m free enough to dedicate the time. It’s truly a pleasure to pass on what I’ve learned. What’s it’s all for if we don’t.
