Based upon my love for Japanese food, I’ve created a book that functions as an art book, a facts and trivia guide about Japanese food, a travel journal, and a guide book to restaurants around Japan. I wrote both the Japanese and English text (and it was so much work!) It turned out far better than I could have imagined, and I really want a lot of people to buy it 😭
There are a number of book-exclusive illustrations as well as beautiful photos of restaurants… and even a unique Kyoto tour!
The publish date is 6/20, and preorders are open! While it’s being primarily sold in Japan, it ships worldwide through Kinokuniya and Amazon Japan as well!
