Katrin Tanja Davidsdottir Instagram – Mama appreciation post because she has been working SO hard & I am just so proud of her! 🫶🏼🥹🤎✨ .. even when she got a hip injury flare-up a couple weeks ago, she still went into the gym & did WHAT SHE COULD!

Fast forward to yesterday, and it was re-testing week for her on @empowerbydottir .. she messaged me saying she had hit a new back squat PR AND that she was able to do it hitting good depth, pain free! 😍

It’s easy to work hard when things are feeling good and going your way, but it’s takes a lot of strength & character to keep showing up & working with what you have, when you are faced with challenges or an injury.
