33 years we have been side by side. We have grown and cried together, disliked each other strongly, debated over differences in opinions, annoyed each other, laughed and loved together.
All life’s up and downs we have faced together. You took me to my second ever audition because we are that old that google maps on your phone didn’t exist. We celebrated your 21st birthday at your uni, drinking £1 shots that were bright green. We have always supported each other no matter what. We have grieved together while losing our Auntie Joy, our Granddad and lastly, our Pa. I would not be here today without you (and of course other people, who I don’t need to name because they know who they are. Don’t get a big head) 🤪
You are more than just my brother, you are one of my best friends. You make me laugh uncontrollably. Piss me off like no one else and only FaceTime me to see my dogs. We have been through it all and there is no one else I would have wanted to navigated life, so far, with.
I am so proud of the man you have become and so happy that you have found your life partner in @__monika__em (I will now always side with her, soz. I love her a lot… potentially more than you. Jks 👀)
I don’t believe in perfection, because I always think you can strive to be more, but you two are pretty bloody close to it. Thank you for letting me be a small part of your big day.
