As promised… I wanted to share one of the perks of being the only female performer at @knotfestau @knotfest 2024.
I may have been the only woman on stage… but I was by far NOT THE ONLY WOMAN AT KNOTFEST. In the immense crowd, I was Surrounded by the power and regality of my sisters of scream. They were exalted on the tops of shoulders during our set with their horns in the air… proving once again that heavy music has nothing to do with what’s between your legs. This magic has chosen us, and it was beautiful to share it with you. And…. Yes yes…The bathrooms were impeccable and all mine! 🎥 @art.by.shelley

Before the band, before our dreams broken open side by side. When we were building forts in the mountains or cleaning out animal stalls on the farm in the spring. You were and still are the one person in my life who never wavered from the fear of the unknown, never questioned the chaos and showed me that only through following the crazy ideas are we truly able to reach the magic. The floor is still lava! Race you to the couch floating in the firey sea! You are the fire, I am the air. We embolden and feed each other always. I will follow you into any war, and I know you’ll always do the same.
