Nicky Whelan Instagram – Can I share with you my biggest accomplishment up until this point in my life? To wake up alone in a tiny house in the middle of nowhere with no Internet, no one by my side, no furniture, surrounded by nature and silence… To wake up in this environment excited with butterflies in my tummy – not knowing what is coming next … no idea when my next job is … my next paycheck… my next boyfriend… any of it… but feeling free and ok. Everything we think stabilizes us – does not. To master the art of being alone, and truly being excited about absolutely nothing is by far my biggest accomplishment. I have no idea what the future holds but instead of being riddled with fear I have pockets of utter excitement and joy. It’s taken a lot of time to get to this place. I’m sure it will change again, but there is so much value in alone time, good health and a peaceful, strong warrior heart … its the foundation for everything in life. I am so grateful to have been able to feel this feeling while being on earth in a human body. There’s a lot of spiritual bullshit out there and a lot of charlatans … do the fucking work and be firece… time is short / don’t sit on Instagram posting spiritual quotes try and actually throw yourself into everything physically… learn the lesson properly. Let go ! There is magic on the other side, even if it is only for a small period of time, it is worth it. I shall remember this time and try and carry this feeling with me especially when times get rough. My heart is full. I’m very grateful for this chapter of my life. 🩷🤓🍯
