desert skin prep 🌵 @tataharperskincare I just had one day out in the desert and #Coachella just hits different in your 30s… like a ton of bricks. 😂 me and @xkaianna made sure to take our vitamins and prep our skin for the dryer climate. Products used: – Revitalizing Body Oil: anti-aging antioxidant- smells so rich. – Water Lock Moisturizer: this product does contain AHA, so if I could choose my skin prep again, I would have used the Crème Riche Moisturizer. AHA can make your skin sensitive to the sun, so definitely use a sunscreen when using this product. – Bio-Shield Face Oil: this oil defends and locks in moisture. Definitely a must for the desert. And if you saw that boogie in my nose, no you didn’t. 👃🏼 #skincareroutine #seeyouinthedesert

I hear it all the time that “Pilates is better than HIIT” and while I looooove my weight training classes, I definitely have to start adding Pilates into my workout routine! 🤯 when I tell you I had full body shakes the ENTIRE CLASS. Like there were the littlest movements that I was shocked I couldn’t do! Such a shockingly good workout!
