Rachel Riley Instagram – I just spent a wonderful afternoon in the company of the Iranian Liberty Association (ILA) where I had the privilege of addressing the assembled crowd and voicing my support for Iranian people. As well as a joint celebration of Persian New Year (NoRuz), Easter, Passover and Eid, we commemorated the lives of many young people murdered by the heinous IRGC regime. Whilst we were there, a state of high alert was announced in Israel with an imminent threat of attack from Iran. Iran has since launched missiles towards Israel that US have intercepted in Iraq and Syria. This regime and its proxies have caused so much death and misery in the Middle East and beyond, thinking of all those affected right now and grateful to all the people who risk their lives in pursuit of freedom, democracy and human rights.
