Rajshri Deshpande Instagram – In my 10 years of film career, I can proudly say that each of my film have traveled to the prestigious film festivals.
My initial years as an actor I use to stand in line for hours to get a seat to watch rarer films from around the world, then discuss them with film enthusiasts, take notes and dreaming to be part of them.
Then my dream came true when my films started travelling to world festivals and that changed my position from watching films to showing my films to the world. My first film @aigthefilm gave me that platform and then the beautiful journey started.
After 10 years @ciff_in asked me to be one of the guest of honour to light the inaugural lamp. Yes it’s a beautiful circle and I can only say that I am grateful, humbled and blessed for this kind opportunity and how amazing it is that I am sharing the joy with @boman_irani sir and @rasikadugal.
