The months of March and April were a free for all. ANYthing ANYtime I wanted… Time to batten down the hatches, track my macros and keep my blood sugar stable and low. Thanks to @signoshealth I can steer away for a bit but not get out of control because I can see my variability rate and trends during my “vacation.”
