Mom life is at capacity at the moment – feeling maxed out every day by the fullness (both the good and the hard) – but even still, these days are the days I was made for. Even still, in the hard/exhausting/don’t know what to do moments, the Lord gently increases my capacity just enough to carry all he has laid in my hands in that moment and take the next step of faith to trust Him for more tomorrow. I’ve never felt so needy for the Lord than in this season of motherhood, and what a perfect place to be. Needy of the one who knew I would never be enough and the one who IS enough to satisfy and fill every lack in me. He doesn’t ask for my perfection; but my surrender. All I have to do is give it to Him. ✨
a glimpse of 2023 ❣️ we laughed a lot, we grew a lot, we failed and tried again a lot. we read a lot of books, played a lot of music, had a lot of feelings and loved on a lot of our favorite people. 2023 felt like a year of stretching. It was hard, beautiful, covered in God’s love and infinite grace that I am so undeserving of. We finished it more dependent on God and more in love with Him and eachother. Going into 2024 feeling full, hopeful, (exhausted?), and full of faith for what the Lord will do in the coming days. Our cup overflows. Ephesians 3:18-20

Miles (4.5) – Dinosaur book, electric penguin toothbrush, yoto cards, tape dispenser, deep sea creatures, sunglasses, drum sticks, hand knit alligator finger puppet and fruit snacks. Carman – trucker hat, mouth tape, tallow soap, travel le labo, wool socks, @moonjuice and @tryarmra packets. Savannah – (I did own stocking this year 🫣) film, oversized silk scrunchie, sunnies, @thefullestco, and two ceramide serums. Mostly from local shops!
