Shola Mos-Shogbamimu Instagram – I don’t see how ‘openly Jewish’ in the context of this video means anything other than being Jewish is a provocation. Utter nonsense of course bearing in mind that many Jewish ppl participate & lead in Free Palestinian marches. Aren’t they ‘openly Jewish’ too? Curious to know if the Police said this to every ‘openly Jewish’ person he came across including those who were protesting for Palestinians? Plus it’s wrong for Police to suggest being ‘openly Jewish’ makes you unsafe at a Free Palestinian march when many British Jewish ppl participate in it with no fear. It also implies these marches are anti-Jewish which they are not. Opposing Israel doesn’t equate to opposing Jewish ppl. Met Police apology/explanation falls short. | Posted on 20/Apr/2024 13:50:34
