Sohla El-Waylly Instagram – Vegan Queso (aka Nooch Dip!) For all!
2 tbsp evoo & 4 chopped garlic cloves—sweat
1 tsp smoked paprika—sizzle
Add 3 cups water, 1 cup cashews, 1/3 cup nooch, 1 tsp mustard powder, 1 small sweet potato diced, 1 chipotle pepper, 1 tbsp adobo (from the chipotle can), pinch msg—simmer until TOTALLY tender
Blend until smooth and season with LOTS of salt
