Our energy resilience plays an integral role in sustaining our world.
My colleagues and I have especially advocated for climate change in our territories. Our constituents deserve equitable access to clean air, water, and land. I am a proud co-sponsor of H.R. 5191 – Renewable Energy for U.S. Territories Act.
Together we can promote sustainable practices and highlight the public health risks associated with environmental issues. Organizations like EARTHDAY.ORG and continuing to activate communities with their call to action. This year’s theme of Planet vs. Plastics increases awareness of human exposure to plastic chemicals.
The wellbeing of our constituents and the Earth is paramount to how we live our everyday lives.
