Winsome Earle-Sears Instagram – As we recognize Black Maternal Health Week, too many Black women have an untold story of the life and death health scares they have faced in accessing the care they need for them and their babies to thrive, including my daughter and me. We recognize the work of those in the maternal health community and the work that still remains.

This Administration has rightfully recognized the disparities that exist in maternal health, especially for Black women. Among these challenges are significant maternal healthcare deserts that exist around the Commonwealth for all women. This week, we reaffirm our commitment to encouraging communities around the Commonwealth to facilitate access to existing resources and join this Administration in support of innovative, holistic, and quality maternal healthcare in Virginia for all women.
Winsome Earle-Sears Instagram – This week, I joined Governor @glennyoungkin in Frederick County to celebrate the HP Hood LLC expansion! HP Hood is investing $83.5 million to expand its dairy processing operations. This includes a $50,000 Infrastructure Grant from the Governor’s Agriculture and Forestry Industries Development (AFID) Fund, which will be matched in local funds from Frederick County!
