There’s about a 1.5 year difference between these pictures, so if you are thinking about starting your fitness journey now, do it! Results come slowly but they do come. Do that home workout, stay consistent, and you will see progress. I started working out because of insecurity, and now I feel better than ever. •Chest Flys: 5 sets, 10-12 reps per set
•Chest Press Machine: 3 sets, 10-15 reps per set
•Dips: 3 sets, to failure each set
