Had the time of my life being Bigfoot on The Masked Singer. I absolutely loved being on such an amazing show and getting to cuddle that dreamboat @joeldommett. It was so much fun! I did it for my beautiful girls, who thought it was me 10 seconds into the first song! It was worth it alone just for the moment they saw me unmasked. Thankyou to all the brilliant people on the show for looking after me, the judges for being so nice to me, @rickontour for carrying our duet, and congratulations to @dannyjonesofficial who is just unreal! Oh and sorry to @josh_widdicombe for the deceit.
Today is International Day for Persons with Disabilities. This first photo was taken when I was at my most self conscious about my disability. I was 17, had just had a major operation on my leg and was desperate to just be like my mates. I wanted to play football like them and didn’t think I’d ever have a family of my own one day. I wish I could go back and tell that kid what was to come. To anyone feeling like I did then, I want to tell you it can get better and be proud of who you are. I’m proud to be disabled and always will be.
