Instagram! What’s going on?! It’s been a minute. I’ve been hibernating, drinking Guinness, switching off from the online world & trying to be more present in the real one. Easier said than done but I couldn’t recommend it enough, the irony I know. Give yourself that time and space when you need to. Especially at the moment. Hope you’re all okay, being kind to yourselves & each other. A lot of darkness out there at the moment, find the light where you can. Peace and Love. The world needs it at the moment ✌🏼♥️
Lovely afternoon with @projectseagrass & @wwf_uk planting seagrass beds & learning about seagrass restoration 💚 And of course @_iwanrheon 💚 Given the UK has lost up to 92% of its Seagrass, restoration is vital and much needed. Inspiring work happening and it’s only just beginning. Waders for the win.

A couple of weeks ago, I had the incredible opportunity & privilege to explore the Atlantic Forest in Brazil & Argentina with the amazing teams from @wwf_uk @wwfbrasil @oncasdoiguacu @proyectoyaguarete 🐾 Words capture how special and inspiring my time was over there. Pure magic ✨ The love, passion and dedication I saw & felt from the team was something that will stay with me forever. They work tirelessly, all year round, to protect this vital forest habitat for all the wildlife & plants that call it home and in turn, us. WWF recently unveiled the groundbreaking Forest Pathways Report, looking at the health and current state of the worlds Forests. It features a case study from the area I visited. The Atlantic Forest, a lush, rich, diverse tropical haven in South America, is in grave danger, with 76% of its original forest cover already lost. Safe to say it doesn’t make for happy reading BUT it shows there is are pathways open to protecting and restoring our crucial forests & their eco systems around the world. There’s time and there’s still hope. Together, we can bring our world back to life and change the world. I came back feeling even more inspired and committed to do all I can. More photos and videos from my trip and time in Brazil to come ✌🏼💚 #ForestPathways #WWF

Top one @armedangels for having me be a part of your #DetoxDenim collection this Autumn. Such nice pieces. ARMEDANGELS are constantly trying to find new ways to be more sustainable, by using planet friendly practices and bring clothing to us that’s less harmful to the planet, that we can in turn enjoy for longer. Their new denim range eradicates unnecessary chemicals, bleaches without chlorine and uses recycled cotton which is pretty neat. Nice to see and know the alternatives that are out there that can be used to change & rethink how are clothes are made and where they’re come from. You hope others will follow suit. Thank you team ✌🏼#AD #madetomakeadifference 📷 @georgetomlinsonphoto

Northern takeover with @livkatecooke at @chooselove on Carnaby Street. In these dark & heartbreaking times around the world, and you ask what can I do? Choose Love is a way you can do something to help and support those most vulnerable in some of the hardest situations. You can buy essential supplies & life saving support for refugees globally this winter 💕 Pop up shops open in London and New York till Christmas. Or you can head to the choose love shop online, link in my bio ✌🏼

Life Imitating Art. Cousin Greg might have said it but @shell are actually doing it! Ridiculous! They’re sueing @greenpeace & @greenpeaceuk – a movement by & for the people – for millions of dollars for a peaceful Climate Protest. Makes sense, given they’re one of a few who are trying to hold fossil fuel companies to account. If you can please offer any support to Greenpeace by purchasing one of these t-shirts inspired by succession or donating generally, it will go a long way in helping them and be received with much love and appreciation. Thank you. Power to the People ✊🏼✌🏼💚
Thank you @tedx_official & @uochester for including me in this thought provoking, insightful day & allowing the space to listen to a little ramble from yours truly. I wasn’t sure if I should have done this or not, but I’m so happy I did. Lean into the fear my friends. I wanted to speak about people power & the role we can all play in bringing about & influencing change, no matter how big or small. While also remembering the powers that be, big business & industries have the keys to unlock the seismic changes & shifts we & our planet need to see. In the words of Patti Smith “People have the Power” ✊🏼 Nice one to all those that came a long & listened as well, meant a lot. For those interested, I’ll share my talk once it’s live ✌🏼

Back in October, WWF Ambassador @celspellman travelled to visit @wwfbrasil and the Atlantic Forest – where he wet with Yara and her team at @oncasdoiguacu. An inspiring visit to witness the incredible work the team carries out to monitor jaguars in the region, collaborating with local communities to ensure peaceful coexistence with these magnificent big cats. This conservation success story shows that, when we all come together, we can bring our world back to life. 💚 #Jaguar #Jaguars #Onças #Iguaçu #AtlanticForest #ForestPathways #ForOurWorld
Monday musings from E.E Cummings. Never stop fighting.
We can all play our part to help tackle global water challenges 🌎 Alongside fellow @mancity fans, @joleonlescott & I took on the @xylem_inc shower timer challenge. Why? To encourage others to think differently about how we use water & how much of it. Taking a shorter shower is one of the simplest and easiest things we can all do to save Water🚿 For those wondering I beat Joleon 💪🏼
