AD. I struggled with my mental health following my apraxia diagnosis. I kept it to myself for a long time but opening up to friends and family really helped. @mbvansuk research found that van drivers are spending an average of 25 hours alone each week, leading to nine in 10 experiencing loneliness. I’ve teamed up with them to launch Vantasy Football, a five-a-side football tournament exclusively for van drivers to get together and talk – hosted by me at the iconic St George’s Park.
