Chicago you’re very special. 4) Picked up right where I left with a creative spelling contest involving my name We ate, we hugged, we caught up on each other’s lives, it was too short a visit to see everyone (I’m sorry!) and I missed my family like crazy.

This was back during @sharkonbroadway. I had never been this lean before. Also never this tan (it’s fake). I don’t know that I’ll ever be this lean again or that I even want to be but now I know I can do it. And do it in a healthy way so that’s a big something. Thanks to @macrofactorapp for the nutrition help, not an ad it just has been essential to getting me on track. I definitely won’t be spray tanning anytime soon if I can help it. I’ve put some weight back on and it feels good, maybe even better but it’s also a bit of a head trip, funny how that all works. Anywho, I worked hard and this was a result. Let’s go 2024, let’s see what we can do next.
